These products and services include nursery, lawn and garden, complete landscape design and installation, select gift and decorative items, holiday and seasonal merchandise and pets and pet supplies.

Earl May’s Management Training program offers opportunity for progressive advancement in the management ranks with a growth oriented company. We are looking for individuals with strong customer service and communication skills, work ethic, retail background and/or horticultural education/experience to join our team. Overtime and week-end/evening work is required along with occasional heavy lifting. You will be placed in the program based on your qualifications and skills.

In addition, we are looking for Sales Associates. These individuals have excellent customer service and communication skills, work ethic and retail background. Some overtime and week-end/evening work is required.
