Garden Center Associate Manager – Ames, IA

Earl May Garden Centers is looking for a full-time Associate Manager for our location in Ames, Iowa. Previous management, outside sales, and landscape design experience a definite plus!

The ideal candidate will:

• have strong decision-making and leadership skills
• be a people person
• be a self-starter
• have previous experience working in a retail or service environment
• be sales-driven
• be able to lift 50 pounds
• be able to work variable hours/shifts
• have a valid driver’s license
• have horticulture knowledge or landscape experience
