Known as green onions, scallions, or spring onions. Best used fresh. Sweet green tops with small globe-shaped white bulbs. Flavor becomes more intense as the bulbs swell.

PLANTING

Harvest as needed by pulling the entire plant. This variety does not produce large bulbs.
