Meet the Manager
Dustin Linn

History: I have worked with Earl May since July of 2024. I started as a seasonal hire and worked my way up to store manager in a little over a year and half.

Favorite Place to Visit: Any local state park or reserve is always fun to go to! My favorite currently would be Browns Woods or Walnut Woods due to the acres of forest there.

Favorite Houseplant: If I HAD to choose, it would be Monstera Deliciosa and any of its varieties.

Top 3 Perennials: Salvia, Asiatic Lilies, any Hosta

Favorite Tree: Sycamore, Willow and Redbuds

Why Work at Earl May?
"I've come to love helping guests find 'that' plant they didn't even know they needed. Helping others learn and grow is something I love to do and now I do it with plants!"

Manager of the Des Moines South Earl May Garden Center.
