Professional Planting Service & Plant Start Guarantee:

When you choose Earl May's Professional Planting Service or purchase a 1-gallon bottle of Earl May Plant Start on the same receipt as your nursery product, your plants are backed by our strongest guarantee. Shade trees, ornamental trees, fruit trees and evergreen trees are guaranteed for 3 years. Shrubs, grasses, perennials and vines are guaranteed for 2 years.

How It Works:

Earl May Garden Center will offer a one-time replacement of the same item if it should die within the first year. If a replacement item is not available, a gift card will be issued for the amount paid. Guarantee is only valid upon the presentation of the original sales receipt. Must provide the dead plant or photo of the plant. Clearance sale items are not guaranteed.  Labor and planting fees are not included.

Guaranteed for 30 Days:

Outdoor tropical plants, houseplants and fragrant roses are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Guaranteed to Germinate:

Lawn and garden seed are guaranteed to germinate.

Guaranteed to Bloom:

Bulbs are guaranteed to bloom.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

Patio furniture and umbrellas are guaranteed as stated in the manufacturer's warranty.
