Fast growing, extremely long standing. Smooth, deep dark green leaves, slow to bolt. Typically upright, it grows to ten inches. Resistant to Downy Mildew Races 1, 2, & 3.

PLANTING
Direct seed as soon as the fround can be worked in the spring into well fertilized soil which has been throrougly cultivated.

CARE
Water lightly and regularly. When plants are young, think to stand five inches apart in the row.

HARVEST
For baby greens, harvest when leaves are 3-4 inches. Harvest leaves anytime, or individual plants prior to bolting.
