Squash Early Butternut Hybrid
All America Selections Winner. Uniform, thick-necked, golden-tan fruits with a rich orange flesh. Extremely early with a delicious sweet, nutty flavor. compact vines, semi-bush plant. A good winter keeper.

PLANTING
Select a sunny, well-drained location and sow seed as soon as the ground becomes warm and all danger of frost is past. Plant 6-8 seed in hills, 3-4 feet apart each way.
CARE
Water heavily and requently. Feed every 3-4 weeks. When plants are 2 inches high, thin out each hill to 3 of the most vigorous plants.
HARVEST
Allow fruit to remain on vine until mature. Pick before frost, leaving part of stem attached. Store in a warm, dry place.
