Mayfine is a mixture of high quality grasses perfect for Midwest lawns. We've combined the strength, durability and reliability of Kentucky bluegrass with superior quality perennial ryegrass for quick germination and early spring green-up. 

Mayfine is great for new lawns, over-seeding or filling in bare spots.

Seeding Rate: 2.5-3 pounds / 1000 square feet.  For over-seeding an established lawn, apply at one half of the above rate.
