Perennial. Hardy 10 inch plants with pungent leaves and pink flowers. Spreads by underground runners. Commonly used in Italian and Mexican dishes. Use fresh or dried.

PLANTING

HARVEST
Cut young stems as eeded for fresh use. To dry, hang stems in a dry, dark, well-ventilated area.
