Classic pie pumpkin. Small, deep orange, 6-8 pound fruits are round with flattened endds. fine-grained, golden flesh is sugar sweet. Heavy yielder.

PLANTING
Select sunny, well-drained location and sow seed at about the frost free date into rich, fertile soil. Usually sown into hills, four to five feet apart.
CARE
When plants are two inches tall, thin to two of the strongest plants per hill. Water regularly and fertilize when lateral runners begin to spread.
HARVEST
Shortly before fall frost cut from plant, leaving a portion of the stem attached.
