Snap Pea Sugar Snap
All America Selection Winner. Crisp, crunchy, and delicious. Can be eaten whole-pods and peas- when the pods ae plump and round. Pick when young as trings develop when mature. the vines can reach 6 foot and will need support. Peas freeze well, but not recommended for canning.

PLANTING
Select sunny weel-drained location and sow seed in early spring as soon as the soil can be worked. continue planting at 2 week intervals until mid-spring. Plant again in late summer for a fall crop.
CARE
Water regularly by soaking soil, to reduce the danger of disease. Fertilize when 4 inches tall.
HARVEST
Pick when the pod color just begins to fade and the seeds are plump, but not hard. Hold vine while picking to avoid damaging it.
